 Mission

We are the Graduate Student Diversity Equity and Inclusion Association (GSDEIA). We represent a group of graduate nursing students and who are from diverse backgrounds and their allies. We are committed to making Rhode Island College a better place and to contribute to increasing diversity in the nursing workforce.

Our goals are to increase connections of graduate nursing students from diverse backgrounds to RI College faculty and learning opportunities, decrease barriers for students from diverse backgrounds and we want to represent RI College in the community by connecting with diverse populations, particularly in terms of promoting health and well-being.
